We are the sisters Wilma and Paula, and together we run Leipzig Living GmbH.

Our focus is on renting out high-quality, fully furnished apartments in Leipzig and the surrounding area. With more than 200 apartments, we hold the largest portfolio of furnished housing in Leipzig.

Alongside renting, we continuously grow our portfolio. We acquire existing properties, renovate them thoroughly, and create modern living space that meets today's standards. In doing so, we invest not only in the buildings themselves, but also in high-quality, functional furnishings.

Our apartments are located mainly in the north of Leipzig as well as in Rackwitz, close to major employers such as BMW, Porsche, DHL, Amazon, Thyssenkrupp and Leipzig Trade Fair. This makes them especially well suited to professionals, companies and people who want to live and work in Leipzig.

As owners and managers of a large apartment portfolio, we know every property personally. This experience continuously feeds into the development of our apartments — from choosing the furnishings to optimising floor plans and living quality.
